• Three Point, Dübendorf – 5.5 rooms, 166 m² on the 33rd floor, unfurnished, for long-term rent from February 2027. For executives who are here to stay.

Good to know for HR and Global Mobility

• Registration takes place within 14 days of arrival and before the employee starts work; for assignments of EU/EFTA nationals of up to 90 days per calendar year, the online notification procedure applies instead. In the canton of Zug, foreign nationals register by post with the cantonal Office for Migration (Amt für Migration); in Freienbach (Pfäffikon SZ), they register in person at the municipal counter.
• For people from countries outside the EU/EFTA, ‘suitable housing’ is a requirement for the work permit. You can enclose our confirmation directly with the application.
• Health insurance must be taken out within 3 months of registration; cover then applies retroactively from the date of registration.
• The Zurich International School gives priority to children from companies with a partnership agreement – it is worth clarifying this early.
