Three Point in Dübendorf is our residence for long-term rent – for those who are putting down roots, not just staying a few months. Unlike our furnished, extended-stay apartments, it is handed over unfurnished and is meant for tenants who want to make it their real home and furnish it their own way – rented directly from the owner, with no agent in between.
Who it's for
The residence suits professionals and executives with families who want to settle in the region for the long term, often after a period of temporary housing while they were house-hunting. It also works well as employee accommodation for companies seeking a permanent, prestigious address for senior staff rather than a short-term solution. Because the apartment is handed over unfurnished, tenants can fit it out entirely to their own taste.
What the apartment offers
Alongside the two bathrooms, there is a walk-in dressing room, built-in walnut wardrobes and app-controlled lighting and shading. The living room opens onto an elegant designer kitchen, and the apartment comes with a 14 m² cellar storage room and, at extra cost, a double parking space. Built in 2024, it sits in Switzerland's tallest residential building, 38 storeys high – finished to a correspondingly high standard. It is ready for occupancy from February 2027.

Dübendorf sits practically on the doorstep of the city of Zurich: Stadelhofen station is 5 minutes away, and Zurich's main station about 9 minutes. Hochbord, the neighbourhood where the residence stands, has grown into an urban centre of its own around Switzerland's tallest residential towers. Dübendorf's taxes are also more affordable than the city of Zurich's – an advantage for anyone settling here for good rather than just for a temporary assignment.
