What data we process

When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, e-mail address and – if provided – phone number, desired dates, number of guests and your message. For security reasons our server additionally stores your IP address and browser identifier. Simply visiting the site does not collect personal data beyond the server log.

Why we use the data

Solely to answer your enquiry and to handle any resulting rental or booking relationship. We do not use your data for advertising and do not pass it on for advertising purposes.

How long we keep the data

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to process them and answer follow-up questions, but at most two years. If a contract is concluded, the statutory retention period of ten years applies.

Disclosure to third parties

Your data is never sold. It is passed on only where necessary to perform the contract (for example to our cleaning partners for the handover) or where we are legally required to do so. The website runs on a server in Switzerland.

Your rights

You may at any time request information about the data we process about you, as well as its correction or deletion. A short e-mail to the address above is sufficient.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no tracking services. Google Fonts is loaded for the typefaces, which transmits your IP address to Google. The map on the property pages is loaded from OpenStreetMap.
