Zug and Pfäffikon SZ are our two addresses for furnished, monthly rental living: apartments for stays of three months or more, booked directly with us rather than through a platform. If you are after a few weeks in holiday mode, this is not the place – but if you need a fully furnished home for a work assignment, a relocation or a transitional stretch, you will find one here.
Who it's for
Our apartments serve mainly as corporate housing for company assignees, expat professionals and executives working in Switzerland for a few months at a time. Relocation companies and HR departments book them just as often as employee accommodation, and families use them as a base while they search for a home of their own. The minimum stay of three months is what governs this – neither apartment is intended for shorter holiday stays.
What is included
Both apartments come with all the comfort of a serviced apartment: a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a washer and dryer in the apartment itself. An underground parking space and lift access are included, a cot is available on request, and both are non-smoking apartments; in Pfäffikon SZ, a cleaning service can also be booked. Availability is shown live in the booking calendar, and enquiries go straight to the owner – with no platform fees and no middlemen.
Zug, Pfäffikon and Zurich
The Zug apartment is in the Herti neighbourhood, within walking distance of the station; the Pfäffikon SZ apartment lies in the municipality of Freienbach, at the upper end of Lake Zurich. Both are about 30 minutes from Zurich, making them ideal for anyone working there during their temporary housing period. The canton of Zug has the lowest cantonal taxes in Switzerland, and Freienbach is one of the municipalities with the lowest tax burden – one more reason to get to know the region.
